This is an entry level position for someone just starting in hospitality. Experience is not required. We do offer training as this position has the potential for vast growth in our fledgling hospitality group.
- Organizing tickets
- Communicating fires between servers and kitchen staff
- Recognizing when tables are ready for their next course
- Wipe and sanitize used tables
- Reset tables
- Carry freshly prepared items to the guest
- Polish silver and glassware
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Able to retain and repeat information regarding dishes including ingredients and their sourcing
